Every day is a challenge. You get to work with some of the brightest, and most dedicated people in the industry. The company growth is phenomenal, and opens up several of career path opportunities.

Cons

Because Unitrends is growing so quickly, each day can be a challenge. If you are not high energy, it might not be for you. The company has set an extremely high standard for customer satisfaction. If you are not dedicated to delivering the best service, every time you work with a customer, this is not the place for you.

Unitrends has experienced tremendous growth which, in return, requires tremendous people. The culture is fast-paced with tons of opportunity for personal growth as the company continues to grow. This gives those who are willing and able to perform at a high-level endless opportunities. The environment can be stressful, maintaining a successful and growing company takes a lot of hard work.

Cons

This company is not for mid-level talent or those who choose not to bring their "A" game everyday. The work is rewarding and top performers are rewarded richly but mediocrity does not produce high gain in this environment. If you want to work here, be ready to put your work boots on and get ready for a world of opportunity.

Very nice company. Staff seems very dedicated to their positions and the company direction.

Cons

The only downside is its in Columbia SC. I'm not the biggest fan of Columbia, but the company is great.
