      Pros

      The people are great and the opportunities are abundant. Everyone is measured and rewarded based upon individual and Corporate results. The 'team' enviorment is phenenomenal. It is an honor to be part of this team.

      Cons

      Unitrends is a company that prides itself on very aggressive schedules and goals. This is what has allowed Unitrends to have the unbelievable growth over that past year.

      Unitrends empowers its employees to make a difference on their team, be it sales, marketing, support, or development. Great culture of hardworking , smart people who truly want to see the company take over the industry.

      Cons

      Lack of structure around new hire training, this isn't a place for those who aren't self starters. Slightly under paid for the industry. Long hours.
