Pros

Unitrends is a fast paced startup and is an ideal place for one who can thrive in a nimble environment. I have been with the company for a few years now and I am proud to work with incredibly talented folks here. People are driven, super-charged to deliver . Like any startup, results are all that matter. Technology is at the heart of this startup and I am proud to be part of a team that delivers some cutting edge products. I am proud of what we do, how we do it and where we are going. And of course, I love the free snack room here. I am nibbling on goodies all day.

Cons

As some other reviews mentioned, the work can be stressful, but hey, its a start-up. Training of new employees can be improved.
