      Great vision and strong desire to succeed. Super smart people with the dedication to match. Great environment to thrive and grow. Strong leadership. Still feels like a family.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains – space, infrastructure, training, etc Way too many new cool things to develop / sell and not enough folks to do it all.
