      Pros

      The people are great and the opportunities are abundant. Everyone is measured and rewarded based upon individual and Corporate results. The 'team' enviorment is phenenomenal. It is an honor to be part of this team.

      Unitrends is a company that prides itself on very aggressive schedules and goals. This is what has allowed Unitrends to have the unbelievable growth over that past year.

      Pros

      Best asset of the company is the amazing group of people that are team orientated, collaborative, fun and have a true passion for what they do. You have an opportunity to work independently while engaging in a team-like atmosphere. Great Customer Support Engineers who understand the needs of our customer. Great office support Our product is manufactured in the US and our Customer Support department isn’t outsourced to another country. No stick dress code. Enjoy the company provided sodas and snacks, ping pong, air hockey and company celebrations.

      Salary is not benchmarked with the best in industry. Political environment within some departments Lack of leadership Poor FTE orientation Lack of training Minimal career opportunities Limitations in promotion and always cost cutting.
