Small environment. Flexible schedule opps.

Cons

Too small. Same leadership for too long with narrow experience, however they are over confident. Attitude of not needing any outside guidance; for example no Joint Commission cert.

The patients and the hospital.

Cons

Upper Management. They continually look the other way and do not fix the issues. They do not follow the rules with employees as well as they do not care about the employees. Upper management continues to be promoted when they are not doing their jobs.
