If you like hard work and to stay busy, this is the place to work. If you love people, this is the place to work.

Cons

Co-worker drama can add to the stress. Must be able to separate self from others when drama starts. Need a thick skin.

Woah, you want anything other than PRN???

The turnover rate and ability to move up throughout the company is great. If you give a two weeks notice, you have the possibility of getting on board with them again.

Cons

Once you are PRN, you are always PRN. You get $10 as a base pay, and the are expected to work everyday without being given any type of benefits, no matter how long youve been there.
