Lots of layoffs Lots of project without users, they're shooting in the dark in a lot of directions People working on those projects for too long are somewhat disconnected from the big picture of the company and creates a weird micro culture

There's been a lot of management level changes, company culture also changed and many good people have left the company. Low salary compare to marketplace level and more frequent layoffs since stock price drop
