Great Place to work for

Pros

Great Insurance and savings options. Most fellow employees are very nice. Lots of opportunities for personal health and wellness, as well as continued education, learning opportunities, and progression towards career/education goals.

Cons

Management is hit and miss, some are great, others are poor. Unusual amount of employee churn, they don't seem to work hard to keep employees they have. Advancement opportunities are available but difficult to advance unless you have significant years of company dedication.

They will hire anyone with a pulse, even a weak pulse.

Cons

They will hire anyone and people that actually work have to deal with the dumb and worthless ones while getting no recognition.
