Management doesn’t care, mice and flies in food service areas, work you overtime constantly, never get the time off you request, horrible co-workers, issues with co-workers never get dealt with, HR doesn’t care, unreasonable requests, no one likes their job, constantly hearing complaints, no room for growth or movement within the company.

I worked there just for a couple months, the management is so unfair in how they handle disputes, i worked at rehab floor and whatever the nurses and PCTs advised me it was ok to do turned out to be used against me, I could overhear them all talk about me and others to a point where a patient brought it my attention that they don't appreciate how they talk about minorities loudly whereby patients can pick up the conversation. From your name being taken off the schedule without explanation and when you seek clarity the manager says they don't know who did, from everybody knowing you have been fired except you and coming to work to a hostile environment where you know you are not welcomed without any explanation, if they could handle everyone equally and fairly and not allow others to do what they while others are being bullied, it would be a very fair and understanding place to work.
