      Pros

      Most co-workers are knowledgable and helpful. It's easy to keep busy and learn something new daily. Management team is supportive of efforts to learn new areas in the department.

      Cons

      Pay is not very good, hard to earn enough to support myself without getting some overtime or having a second job. A few co-workers are not team players.

      Great Mission, Low Pay

      Pros

      Healthcare is a noble cause, and the senior leadership here embrace that and recognize the value of everyone who contributes to this cause.

      Cons

      Very low salary, not even competitive for entry level positions. Big disparity between front line and middle management staff and senior leadership and other execs. Also, slow moving at decision time so we're always playing catch-up with the competition.

      Fair wages for the troubled times on health care

      Cons

      Work on point system. May be called off if not busy enough. Then expected to make it up on your day off
