New grads have to go through a nurse residency program. In the program you are all treated as if you have no experience in health care.

HR department is very unorganized and unprofessional. Management lacks communication, not a single person in that department was ever on the same page. Could not rely on management to return emails or phone calls timely. smiling and socializing seems more important than doing your job well.
