Pros

Just to clarify the Mental Health Specialist and Mental Health Professionals are two completely different positions on the website. The mental health specialist works in a group home (an actual house) where you can have up to five clients that you pretty much keep an eye on the entire shift. The pro is that its a pretty chill position. You monitor clients, counsel them, give them medication, help them cook, etc.

Cons

I worked 2nd shift, which is never a great shift. The program just recently got a manager for the houses. There was no manager for the first 8 months i worked there.
