      The company does care about their employees as much as their patients. They understand it is a business but they cannot be successful without each employee at every level.

      Cons

      There is now a corporate office and a corporate feel to the business but they are trying to make each feel special as Meriter did.

      Pros

      Where I work there is a good atmosphere- in many ways, like family. Overall, we all realize that each person is valuable.

      Cons

      The cons are that because the face of healthcare is changing, the workplace is too..do more with less, streamlining to the hilt, a bit less people oriented, and more machine-like. Corporate healthcare versus local, family healthcare. There are good outcomes for patients, but employees feel it.
