All the staff are super friendly to each other even when they are in different departments.

Cons

Management always want to find new ways to make more money so there are more stress on the staff.

Pros

Evening and weekend incentives. Cafeteria, coffee shop, and gift shop discounts.

Cons

The PatientAccess department is chaotic. The department is almost allways understaffed. Employees are either always calling or quitting. Some employees get away with not completing their work and are not held responsible for there actions. When everyone does show up for work you'll find only some working and others sitting in an office not working. Hard working employees get rewarded with more work and lazy employees are allowed to sit around.
