Pros
Larger organization means there is security with benefits and stability. Good equipment supply. Coworkers were a good mix of awesome and okay. Interpersonal conflicts were minimal and very short lived. There was a sense of team comradery and coworkers took care of each other.
Cons
Sometimes felt like managers only cared about how much work they had and didn't seem able to do much when units were short-staffed. Upper management seemed to only have financially based motivations for making changes.

Great support from local team and immediate manager.
Cons
Senior leadership did not live or role model company values and were not held accountable for changing these behaviors.

Good benefits, manager is very kind and understanding.
Cons
At times, new rules are implemented quickly, and it can be frustrating when staff can get in trouble for not following consecutive new implementations.

I'd work here :) Encourage learning opportunities. Some really great people here all the way up the chain

Some bullying, some managers. Cut off raises of you make too much, don't pay incentive for multiple assignments.

PTO occurs quickly Company match is 6% into 401k Classes and education offered FOCUS Values
Cons
Other departments excluding nurses do not receive market raises. Nurses/case managers received two or three market increase while administrative assistant/scheduling received 0 even though the workflow has increased.

Decent pay and benefits, some nice team members
Cons
A lot of catty younger workers, managers don't listen to concerns - especially regarding staffing and teamwork, intense work - providers admit a lot of patients that have been previously violent on this unit itself

The pay is good, you just have to avoid the cliques and pray you get a decent manager.
Cons
UnityPoint acts like they don't tolerate harassment but it's all a lie. If they like the people who are treating you poorly, you are out of luck.
