      Bradford accounts. What was once a great place to work has turned into a quickly sinking ship. Avoid.

      Pros

      KFC is only over the road. Sadly not much else

      Cons

      Blame culture. If your face fits. Micro management. Recent redundancies has destroyed morale and the already lacking atmosphere is now non existent. Remaining staff are ALL looking elsewhere for work. Management is very much an us and them divide, many of which have let their egos take over in recent times. Lack of communication. Completely unrewarding annual reviews that are quite clearly predetermined outcomes, 'your say' will have zero impact on the outcome.

      Pros

      Very few pros. An extremely industrial, hard-faced, combative culture. Very much 'us' and 'them' culture with management. Head office at Bradford is a soul-destroying, energy-sucking, depressingly bland place to work. No sense of community or collaboration, or even human kindness, and a real blame culture.

      Cons

      Plenty. Paternalistic and prescriptive policies and management style mean everyone is treated in line with the lowest common denominator. Demeaning, demoralising and demotivating.

      Crap company, Perverted Managers, Boys Club

      None other than if you like attention from your bosses

      Cons

      Managing staff is a boys club, sales are declining, they are cutting staff and not giving transparent information to the staff
