Good first job to get basic intro to the corporate world

Cons

Bad management, management and org is constantly changing, all the good people leave, they don’t reward hard workers, a lot of employees aren’t fit for the job, no accountability, and there is so much turnover that teams don’t hold a lot of knowledge/experience. To top it off, bonuses were peanuts. There’s no incentive to want to work for a place this disorganized and with terrible work/life balance. Nobody in leadership roles listen to concerns, though they will certainly tell you they do with their “we listen” survey. This is not a place where people matter.

Very Toxic Work Environment

Benefits, unlimited time off, hybid schedule.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. Sr. Management tends to single out people and bully them until they quit. HR does nothing. One team lost 4 out of 6 people in three months this year because of toxic manager. Company was sold to private equity firm so not sure how much longer jobs will be around for as bits and pieces will probably start being sold.

Two days off for Christmas

Everything else. They had no idea of how to handle the business merger and COVID on top of that was a nightmare. The left hand wasn't talking to the right hand and it was just chaos. I saw quicker turnover than I've seen at any employer. I hope it's gotten better.
