Many nurses and techs care and work hard to be a team on the floor.

Cons

Upper management prioritizes friendships over all. They clearly do not want loyal or dependable employees unless those employees always agree. Nepotism is rampant. If you smile, are agreeable regardless and enjoy "extracurricular activities" at work you will love it! Truly like a bully society. Very unfortunate. Many options if you are single with minimal work ethic however. You may even promote to a director position.

Flexibility to possibly work from home after 6 months. Benefits decent. The work environment seems friendly.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end compared to the importance of the work. Alot of brain power will be used for little pay
