      Pros

      If it was the hospital from 10 years ago it would be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Management seem to want to be as disruptive as possible with union and keeping staffing at unsafe levels. Dependant on temp contract workers with no acknowledgment of staff who have been loyal and stayed in company.
