Pros

Good pay and benefits. It's in a very nice Inland Empire location. No traffic if you live in the area.

Cons

Low quality of life. This company does not allow family time. Why??? They will schedule you 6 days a week which is impossible for a night shifter. It's split over a weekend so as not to pay you overtime. Then they only give 1 day off in between, schedule you to work 3 days, then 1 day off before the cycle repeats. I'm literally in this building every single day. Complaints to management will be ignored. They treat temps better than full time employees. Work here as part time or PRN only. Otherwise... steer clear! They don't respect you.
