you can work from home, thats it.

Drip feed PTO(u only acquire pto every OTHER Friday) NO pd Federal Holidays off( if u decide to be off for xmas for example your PTO is docked) Low hourly wage No team building No employee engagement ( they do not encourage it) Its all about money in the door and thats it. No exit interview bc they already know. Illogical business process with unrealistic productivity goals. High Turn Over 0 culture
