Best money for RN's to make in the area.

Cons

Dangerous envireonment, unsafe staffing ratios, regularly understaffed. CEO and other administrators just blow smoke. They don't care about about employees or their safety, only looking out for themselves and their career. Multiple staff complained about a suspected impaired nurse and then that nurse was the one who was charge the night a teenager hung herself and completed suicide. She mismanaged the unit during the shift, ignored the child's pleas for help, and ran from the scene when the child was found hanging. This nurse was not immediately removed from the floor.

Uhs is a good stable company to work for. They frequently provide promotional opportunities from within. There's a large network and resources within the company available.

Cons

Can sometimes be a little slow moving, some processes and systems are outdated.
