      Pros

      Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      They want you to believe they care about patients. What they truly protect is the business office at the expense of patients and staff. Facilities that produce receive capital for safety and cosmetic needs. those facilities that need it the most GET NOTHING!

      Pros

      The corporate office is newly renovated and its hospitals are on the cutting edge of the industry. Quarterly meetings are held to update the staff on what's going on within the company.

      Cons

      Not that it is like this within every department, but in the department in which I worked people felt that they were treated like children. Going by the motto of do as I say not what I do. You are not given the room to grow or direction of how to do so.

      The benefits and salary are great for the industry. A lot of great people to work with.

      Cons

      There is a lot of disorganization and it does not seem like many of the upper management are fully qualified.
