Cons

Severely short staffed, never know what hours or days you are going to work. They pay scale is considerably low compared to some of the other companies and in addition they have a cap on the hourly wage employees.

Medical Benefits, free meals, 3 shifts, overtime for those who want it, help picking you up if your car breaks down

Cons

Very unprofessional environment, most MHAs have no background in mental health and have no degree, staff gossip heavily to the point of running off other staff, chronic mandatory overtime or get fired, verbal abuse to mental health clients by MHAs and at times by some therapists, some unprofessional school teacher behaviors, and filing complaints lead you to termination

No training or orientation for new employees Co worker was verbally abusive to me and treated me like a 4 yr old!! Incompetent and rude boss who did not take even 4 seconds to greet or acknowledge me on my first day!!
