Pros

there are no good reasons, it is truly amazing that this place is running. They do not value employees, thus, spend a considerate amount of their time bringing in hoardes of people to sign up for orientation, many whom quit after the first couple days and see how this place is run. The only bright spot was the intake admissions counselor we used to have, she put everything as a top priority and treated myself and my fellow nursing staff, as well as all the staff, like gold. Really hate it she is no longer with the company, she was very efficient at her job, and put the patients first, other staff members second, and herself last. She made the admissions process so much easier than the other admissions counselor for the patients especially,

Cons

The 'leadership team" (admin, staff) micromanage you so bad It is truly difficult to keep coming to work. I feel like such a load is off me when the day staff, who are back stabbers leave, and also when I leave at 11 pm. I am looking for something else this place is a pathetic joke. Half the staff, ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT, need to be in a psych ward themselves. Worst pay I've had in over 15 years.

False Promises & Lack of Integrity

Pros

A growing company. I doubt all locations are managed as poorly as Fremont, CA. Strategies to increase customer satisfaction are ill-conceived.

Cons

Too many false promises and issues to list. Compliance Issues, Understaffed, High Turnover. Dangerous inpatient mental health settings with nonchalant adherence to best practices to minimize violent occurrences. Interdisciplinary team meetings do not take place which is against licensing requirements. Lack of overall stability. No transparency. Bullying management tactics. Programming schedule changed over 5 times in 3 months, confusion amongst staff, high turnover, inability to benchmark leading facilities in the vicinity due to lack of follow through from upper management. Lack of support from upper management yet micromanaged with unrealistic expectations. Falsification of accusatory write ups and a culture of management based on reprimanding employees more than understanding and incentivizing. For profit not people.
