Pros
It's a job, I think they are ever trying to catch up to the times. Their efforts are spead far and wide.
Cons
Cultural and atmosphere very different, upper management cares only how they look to their bosses and not about the employees who makes them look good. Underhanded and untrustworthy management. Discouraging your worth makes you not want to do a good job. In a word, Childish in how they handle situations with their group. I have not allowed this treatment to impede my performance. Pay does not keep up with cost of living.
