      Pros

      Company before UHS bought had a positive purpose and was not as micromanaged financially. Need more therapist and to retain employees

      Cons

      Staffing compromises. Because driven financially accepting patients that were to sick to be there. Therapist quitting, never enough staff. Lacks positive reinforcement for good job.
