A wealth of experience and opportunities to grow stronger as a counselor and person. Pay is better starting off than surrounding options, however you do not have room to grow.

Cons

No holidays off, expected to do the job of multiple people, under appreciated, never make progress due to enormous case load. There are many things that occur here that are unethical as well, therapists do not get respect and hard workers are taken advantage of.
