As a rebuttal to Business Insider Magazine and Forbes, the accolades mentioned are designed to assure stock holders that their investments are safe, and that earnings are headed for the moon. What they failed to mention was that company growth was fueled by staff abuse in the form of excessive workloads impossible for one employee to complete.
