UHS pays Very competitive salaries. Regional personnel operate with a great deal of autonomy. (See 'Cons' below for the caveat to this autonomy.) Senior management stability and longevity with UHS very strong 'pro'.

Cons

Regional personnel are often very isolated from corporate decision makers. Quarterly pressure to keep stock price up is prevalent in many decisions and ripple through the entire company..
