      Great coworkers. We pull together as a team while trying to meet clients' needs.

      Cons

      Unsafe staffing levels, and lack of nursing support. Increased and unrealistic demand on all staff to provide care for an ever-increasing patient load. High acuity- patients admitted are increasingly more medically fragile and are inappropriate for a non-medical facility. Lack of resources Low pay
