Pros

team working is excellent. employees work very hard.

Cons

staff management is horrible. If you are asking us to stay for double-shift every single day, go figure, something is wrong with your staffing.

Pros

Sincere intention to be a good company, treat employees with respect and offer competitive products and services. Many opportunities to learn new skills and think outside the box.

Cons

Top heavy with management and very difficult to get projects and initiatives moving forward as there are too many chiefs protecting their own interests. Lacked clear sense of direction.

Pros

I liked having regular morning meetings with staff so that I knew what was going on each day (even though this might mean finding out that morning that I was going to be doing someone else's job that day because they did't come to work). I think they 'tried' to give some little 'reward incentives' occasionally, but they were very little "rewards"

Cons

The pay is very low compared to other companies. The work load was ridiculous....because there were not enough paid staff to get everything done. Most of my coworkers put in overtime hours (unpaid, of course) regularly....simply because there was too much work to be done in each day. "Training" was almost non exsistant.
