      Pros

      It was a very open environment. I was able to ask questions if I ever needed help with my coding. Everyone in the building was very nice and welcoming. Also, I was able to learn a lot in the short 3 months.

      I have to say there was no downside to Universal Health Services

      Pros

      I've found the job to be enjoyable and rewarding. It's a great experience. I've gained an incredible wealth of knowledge from coworkers and patients alike. Benefits are not phenomenal, but at least they are there.

      Cons

      It sometimes seems like the management doesn't care about the workers. They pay is somewhat low for the work we do. They admit patients without considering how stressful the workload will be on the small staff. The equipment they give is often inaccurate and unreliable.
