Pros

Great co-workers and doctor to work for. They are flexible on their schedule and everyone gets along. You can learn a lot about psychiatry and psychology in this position.

Cons

It is very disorganized. Customer service is rather poor; front desk needs more training. Doctor likes to leave early from his office when slow and call in sick on the same day. Salary is low for the work assigned. There are no paid vacation or sick days offered. No insurance is offered.
