      The benefits provided are good.

      Cons

      Poor management, training is awful from your start date, you’re set up to fail, high turnover due to poor management, there is no work & home balance management do not care. The work environment is not good at all.

      Wonderful lower management. Flexible schedule. Family friendly. Excellent health insurance. Onboarding was organized and informative.

      Cons

      Upper management and C-level miss the mark on communication and actively listening to low-level employees. Pay is below average for comp. They have yet to establish fulltime work from home status for all employees, yet, we have met all does not have space to bring everyone back
