      Compensation is low for amount of work assigned, expectations to manage several projects across a 30+ hospital system when pay is comparable to small hospitals.

      Salary and benefits are decent in the corporate office.

      Cons

      Management takes no responsibility for their inability to train/advance new employees. Most new employees have a quick turnover directly related to experienced management that seems to have minimal integrity and quick retaliation against new employees for anything from a simple misunderstanding to the direct fault of management. Training is outdated and insufficient. Worse workplace treatment in my career so far.
