The good "team"members and their positive attitudes.

Cons

Need more of a team attitude, as we are all working towards the same goals: helping people! Also, more CE's offered to those employees with licenses. Better equipment for the employees (not broken printers, fax machines and desk chairs!), enough computers to get the work done, nicer furniture for the patients, and ample supplies for staff. ADD MORE STAFF RESTROOMS!!!!
