Pros

Manager/coworkers are reliable, friendly and happy to help/answer questions

Cons

-Current training and onboarding program needs to be reformed. It is mostly on-the- job training so you need to be able to pick things up quickly. - company has to deal with high turnover rates, no investment in employees - No HR Manager and dealing with payroll issues was a consistent pain. Company offers transportation/internet reimbursement which I did not receive many many times, even after confronting them about it

It is a very Friendly environment. Helps out hospitals by giving them interpreters

Cons

It is very Fast paced, need to be good on you feet, basically like a 911 operator when Clinics call.
