      Very supportive leadership, friendly and hardworking teams. Those who work hard really have the ability to shine and are recognized by management. The company offers internal promotions so existing staff have an opportunity to grow with the company. Great, stable place to work for if you are someone who enjoys being busy.

      Pros

      Ownership and Management are Language industry expert services providers and a pleasure to work with. The internal factors - so many ways to be proud of the company! The interpreter and translation services we provide are excellent. Far superior to the larger providers in both cost and 24HR performance. Staff is superior across the board as well from customer support through ownership. All deepycare about their job and the high quality services we provide. The external - the Bellevue high tech telephonic interpreter call center, which also serves as a high volume on-site scheduling center; test and assessment center; and staff offices are cutting-edge new, high tech secure, extremely comfortable creating a professional and stimulating work environment. The office building has a "Cheers" like pub in the lobby to promote camaraderie, and surround by dozens of excellent low cost restaurants for lunch.

      None. Management and ownership have 25 years of successful business ownership experience. We follow the advice, the example, and fierce pace of operations from a true industry leader. It is a pleasure to work for such a talented and modest professional. Ownership is extremely well known and respected within our state, regionally and nationally.
