Pros

Company has a good name so you can maybe use the experience to your advantage but they know that and will make you work very hard because they feel like they own you because of it. I happened to work a busy desk but some people did half the work I would do and got promoted because they had a boss that liked them.

Cons

Company culture is like culty executive worship and lots of politics. For example ESG groups gone overnight because of board decision, doesn't matter how hard you planned for an event. No way to connect with other employees and teams at company anymore (got rid of mixers for all, only certain labels.) Management sees you as a number. Will be asked to do work out of scope especially if there are more layoffs. No real incentives/ bonus when you go above and beyond. Low pay but of course a little better than some music companies so they use that against you. Not very diverse in office. Management plays favorites!! HR is there to protect leadership and leadership only. Beware and just make sure you know what you’re getting into.
