Pros

great hands on, in the field experience representing a major record label. access to shows, venues & retailers. learn the basics of music marketing from the ground up

Cons

if you're not self-motivated nor do not like travel (long or short distance) this may not be the gig for you

Great Company

Pros

A lot of trust placed in less senior employees - a great opportunity to gain great exposure and experience it would otherwise be difficult to attain.

Cons

The music industry is struggling on the whole so they are unable to offer market rate. BUT the experience is a fantastic one and more than makes up for the short fall in remuneration

Pros

Great environment to work, good salary, excellent benefits!

Cons

Lack of training, not the best place to start your career due to the very lay back and informal working environment.
