The people are good, you get some free CDs every few months
Cons
The management really doesn't know how to lead, they spend most of their time in knee jerk reactions. The music industry is really having a hard time finding its way right now. Senior management is afraid of the future and doesn't know how to address it. They are still trying to run things in a pre-internet world but that model doesn't work any more. Every year the company makes less money and the budgets get smaller and smaller.
