Pros

Great location (in Santa Monica), co-workers were friendly, overall nice people.

Cons

While co-workers and upper management are friendly, it seems to be a bit difficult to advance from the position you're already at.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, free access to shows

Cons

The company still think it's 1995 and CD's will always be popular. They focus on wringing sales out of CD's and barely focus on digital strategy or innovation.

Pros

At Universal you get to hear some if the best music has to offer first.

Cons

Upper level don't care about their employees. They don't care if people with experience are treated right; they think anyone can do any job (not theirs of course). Most depts are underemployed.
