Pros

With be transitional I don't have much to offer other than to say that In the Supply Chain the management was very respectful to the transitional employees. UMG has an excellent medical benefit package.

Cons

UMG being a very large company a lot of responsibilities were performed silo environment approach rather than cross functional

Pros

Great place to work, lots of perks, great people to work with and learn overall.

Cons

Must be willing to work long hours, and weekends. Especially if there are deadlines to be met.

Pros

Casual atmosphere. Most employees are nice.

Cons

Lack of Management Leadership and Vision. Lots of long hours, with little to no acknowledgement from management, and no compensation. Music was a 'hot' place to ba back in the day, but the market has changed, and UMG is still trying to bring back the good old days.
