Pros

good benefits, good salary if you can work your way up

Cons

Music industry not as fun as it used to be. Constant threat of layoffs, long hours, and short staffed topped with upper management throwing employees under the bus to save their jobs.

Pros

-great people -exciting time with a President that's passionate about innovation

Cons

-bad management that is super paranoid about job security -no real timelines or strategies for employee growth -hiring high paying executives before entry to mid-level, making the few entry level employees at a constant state of overwhelmed with poor personal life / job balance -too many internal meetings
