Pros

UMG has a great diverse culture. Many different types of people. The company does a well job with integrating everyone and creating a family like vibe. They cultivate learning with team building, and informative meetings, and the work space inspires creativity and individualism.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy. Although the company offers in house yoga once a week, It would be great if the building provided a workout space/gym.

Difficult to advance

Business Outlook

Pros

Fun environment, fun products to manage

Cons

Difficult to advance, low pay, no raises, constant lay-offs, little on the job training, clicky work environment, a feeling of hopelessness rings through the hallways. Be prepared to stay in one position for yeaaaaars with no advancement, but rather develop a fear of loosing your job.
