Salary was competitive, great place to work if you love music and are a hard worker, wonderful group of employees and awesome vacation package and personal days given.

Cons

Often left to your own accord without much instruction... very results driven. The music industry is getting smaller and smaller so it isn't the best industry for those just starting out.

Work with amazingly smart and motivated people... Access to some of the biggest names in music... Never a dull moment, and lots of perks.

Cons

Very long hours, and the job has the potential to become your life and not leave much time for anything else... Intense pressure.

Very good way to get a deep picture of the music business. You truly get out what you put into it... you can learn the industry inside-out if you pay enough attention. Great way to make contacts for a full time job with the company. If you don't already work in music, an internship is probably the only way.

Cons

No pay. You're responsibilities completely depend on who your supervisor is... so take initiative.
