- Entertainment can be very engaging for those who are passionate about it - The day-to-day culture is fairly casual and comfortable

- Management shows little loyalty to employees (turnover rate is high) - Talent is not recognized nor rewarded, but rather seen as a threat

Music! Many creative, passionate people. Generous benefits.

Cons

Someone drank the "management consultant" kool-aid, and everything became incredibly corporate. If you are not one of management's favorites (it helps if you know where the skeletons are buried), plan on staying in your current job forever. There was an unbelievable amount of back-stabbing and gossip. For every talented, passionate, creative, productive employee you will find a clueless, self-promoting, sneaky hack.
