They are all about profit. Sold a parking lot for $$$ even though it costs employees over 20 minutes each way that they are not paid for. Low pay not comparable to other places in Orlando They want you to have a degree, if you have a degree in light bulb changing you can get promoted over someone with real experience, and a lesser degree. Unrealistic hour expectations from part time employees. Unfair bonuses that skip hard working part timers (who work 30+ hours a week) A president who does not really care about employees. Management really is horrible. Like brain washed zombies that so as they are told. If you give some of them a little power (read lord of the flies).
